For Wake they are, they even got Donovan Greene who’s one of the top athletes in the nation, certainly the best in NC.

UT didn't offer. We'll have higher LB prospects taking OVs this fall.

I don’t understand why we have so much trouble recruiting elite LBs! I thought when Pruitt can we had have to run off with a stick!
We need some grown a$ men at LB!

Did I say he wasn’t? I said he wanted Henry bad. GTF back to where you came troll.

I realize we are only in Pruitt's 1.2 year but if you look at the rivals top 25 OLB and ILB we barely even move the needle. (even within our own state). I had imagined with pruitt's reputation as a defensive guru we would have more appeal. It does concern me a little, but realize we have to give the process time.
What I was actually looking for was honest intellectual debate about why we are and have been struggling with this position. (as in is the problem with coaching, NFL placement, lack of development, etc..) I hoping someone might actually have some ideas, a couple did.
As for troll...get out here with that egomaniacal crap.

You can have three degrees from a school and still be a troll.

good to know.

We run the same scheme as Alabama, Georgia and even Clemson runs a form of a base 3-4 along with Miami. So if you think about the right personnel to fit the scheme we are competing against established programs. Just because a linebacker is a 4 or 5 Star kid if he doesn’t fit the scheme you can’t take them. No disrespect to Shannon Reid or Solon page but they just don’t fit. Trust the coaches who have done this for decades and won a lot doing it until they give you a reason not too. That’s as plain as I can put it. We are absolutely in the mix for top linebacker talent but remember SDE and WDE are pretty much very athletic pass rushers that stand up ie. Bogle.

Why is someone having a stroke over us not recruiting a kid with 5 mediocre offers to power 5 schools? Did I miss something?
