'19 TN QB Nathan Cisco

Sounds like your son is having a good season. Any offers coming?

Since that video dropped he had gotten letters from Cincinnati, Vanderbilt, Western Kentucky, Penn State, Michigan State, Harvard and Princeton. No offers yet, doing an unofficial visit to Cincinnati this weekend, Western Kentucky in 2 weeks.

That's great. Keep us updated

This may be a hot take but I've watched one and a half Independence games on TV and have seen 9 interceptions. I know your coach is a good coach but he seriously needs to chill on the passing every play.

Edit* as I say that they run 3 times in a row lol

9 interceptions in 2 games? Ouch...

Of those the coach pinned only 3 on him. A couple off the receivers hands and several when the receivers run the wrong route. He does have to learn that a play cannot be made on every play and to just throw it away sometimes. One thing I don't think many people know is that you can't just fling it out of bounds a receiver has to be in the vicinity. And yeah, the O line has issues both pass and run blocking and we seem to pass about 80% of the time. He has thrown over 20 times in the first have in 5 of the 7 games. Last game 43 times, he was 30 of 43.

Been awhile, Nathan has a couple of offers the best, so far from University of Idaho.

Here are the highlites from his last game 19-23-364-3 no pics. Several passes inside the 5 that ended up being run in or he would have had 4 or 5 TD passes. I have seen video of your 2019 QB commit, can't remember his name, I think Nathan shows more as a passer, but hey I am his dad. Either way he goes to college free.

Don't have highlites yet but last Friday nite he was 23-37-403-2 had 2 pics one in the last seconds trying to get a score. Defense is terrible, lost 62-40.

Good stats but honestly dont think he has an upper d1 arm. I do think he could do well at a school like Cincinnati or umass or that tier of school just think he would ride the pine at UT. But hey im not a talent evaluator. Best of luck to your son and family and hope he finds his best fit and starts.

He has gained 20 lbs in each off season and will end up 6'5" or 6''6" and 230 within a couple of years. He is playing in 6A so he is playing the best competition in the state.

Here are highlights from his Centennial game last friday night

Independence's Nathan Cisco named #TNPreps boys athlete of the week for Aug. 20-25

Bench Press of 185 = nothing. Yeah! I bet teams are falling all over themselves to get his commitment. Maybe Division 2 or 3. Miles and miles away from SEC caliber.

How much do you think bench press correlates to playing QB? Tyler Bray probably couldn’t do ten pushups when he got here but he could throw it 50 yards on a rope. QB’s throwing power is mostly mechanics based.
