I thought it would be cool to make an All-Time College Football roster.

But instead just go from 1990-Present.

Make a case for each player at each position.

Remember, this is not about the NFL, just College.

If you can find a video on Youtube of them, then post it.
If not, then don't bother just put their name and some other stuff about them if you want.

We can have more than 1 player at each position ofcourse.

In no depth chart order.

Middle Linebacker- Al Wilson

I'm sure there have been more out there with more ability but I just have a man crush on anything Al Wilson. Also added to that I'm biased and followed his whole college career. The guy played his ass off every Saturday and it's pretty much a consensus with us Tennessee fans that he is the main reason we won the title in 1998. Wilson is cut from that old school cloth and you might find linebackers out there with more ability but his heart and leadership skills, in my opinion, make up for his short comings. If there is a short coming in his game it is his over agressivness leading to him over running plays.

In a nutshell, I love Al Wilson.

manning and meachem

Please...

Meachem will go down as a all-time great at UT, but anything more would be a stretch.

Manning "could" be considered to be on this list, but considering that he had 0 National Titles, 1 SEC Title and he was 39-6 as a starter that would also be a stretch.

The Top 3 QB's in College since 1990.

Ken Dorsey:

38-2 as a starter.

1 National Championship
2 National Championship Game App. (2001, 2002)

Matt Leinart:

37-2 as a starter.

2 National Championships (2003, 2004)
2 National Championship Game App. (2004, 2005)
Heisman Trophy

Tommie Frazier:

45-4 as a starter.

2 National Championships
3 National Championship Game App. (1993, 1994, 1995)
1 Heisman Trophy

They combined to be ...

120-8 as a starter.

5 National Championships
7 National Championship Game App.
2 Heisman Trophys

Maybe Peyton and Jamal Lewis as well, or Joey Kent, but i'm trying to look away from UT, as everyone else is looking for Vols, and we need an honest team

Meachem being on an all 1990+ team is me saying Marty Barrett was the best 2B of the 80's....gotta love the hometown kids, but..reality has to set in sometime

be he's like.....obsessed with me. it's really uncool

So you're being stalked by a dude, most women find gay men attractive and well kept, if he's stalking you play it up at the bar... "I'm so cool and suave, most chicks think i'm gay":eek:lol:

Like I said before, if any disagree with the list we have so far just say something.

And yes, try not to be a homer so we can have a good list.
