1st Time in a Long Time...

I remember Dawson and Timmy Jernigan visited on the last weekend that year. Jernigan was at a time when we were in desperate needs of good DT's. When the hype wore off, he went with his heart. I remember everyone getting all excited only for him to sign with FSU.

Although I was excited about it, I never really felt good about Jernigan because we got in on him really late from what I recall. Or at least my old arse thinks it went like that.....

I thought Dawson was going to be a Vol right up until the very end. Then all the USC talk started.

Even though he wasn't committed to UT, Carl Lawson to Auburn was a tough one to swallow...he seemed to be genuinely torn.
