As reported by Saturday Down South:
Jack Taylor who has been an offensive analyst for The Vols will be Golesh's TE coach at USF

Tyler Hudanick who is a grad assistant for The Vols will be USF's O-Line Coach

As I stated a day or so ago - - NOW IS THE TIME - - Go get our all time greatest pro TE. Pay him what he would want!!!

There's no evidence being able to do a job means being able to teach the job. It *can* be true, but just snagging a guy because he played well isn't the best method.

It's good to see UT/Huepel starting to build a 'coaching tree'. If the program can maintain success, down the road these guys come back as candidates for assistant and coordinator jobs.

I understand what you are saying, however, schools go for these type of player coaches all the time. Some work out, some don't. I just think Whitten has the intelligence and I know the playing experience to do the job. I remember his try at being a color man for TV. He was not able to "dumb down" his thoughts to the fan level in the time between plays. I think most player kids would be exposed to the "real thing" with Jason and love it.

Happy for them to all get promotions and evolve in their coaching career. It's a hard job, especially when rebuilding a program, and I wish them the best!

Just happy that Golesh is not going to Vandy.
