Dawgs to win and cover.

They haven't covered yet this year but are getting heathier by getting Ladd McConkey and Kendall Milton back.

QB Beck has seemed to gain more confidence.

And for goodness sake, stop the fumbles!

I just think Georgia at home will be too much for Kentucky. But if Georgia sleepwalks early like they have in most games this year they could get beat. I just have a feeling Georgia is gonna be ready for this one. But the good thing is one of them will lose! At 14.5 I would have to take Kentucky, but I wouldn’t be super confident picking either one here. I could see this play out a few ways.GBO

I hate both of these teams, but living in Athens, I hope uga burns to the ground tonight.

The brash arrogance is ridiculous and then the dumbasses when me and my wife walk into a restaurant or a store with our UT stuff on “yall sure are brave to be wearing that”.
Like a bunch of damn three year old school children.

All about the points. By the raw numbers, UK looks like a good bet at +14.5. But when you dig deeper, UK's SoS is 123; UGA's is 95 (FYI, UT is 96).

There are a zillion metrics out there that folks use to predict outcomes, but the most accurate against the spread is, in fact, the opening spread. And go figure, it hovers right around 50% over the course of a season.

So, UK is roughly a 14 point dog against the Dawgs. In Athens. Hmmm.

No idea.

Yep. I get it if it's walking into a sporting event (Vols Baseball @ Athens, for example) and it's obviously just friendly banter...that doesn't bother me at all, to be honest.

Living in the area and having experienced the same on a handful of occasions outside of a sports setting, I just shake my head and laugh at them. It's usually benign idiocy on their part. However, if some braindead a**bag wants to cause real trouble over me wearing a Vols shirt or hat, that would quickly become their problem moreso than mine.

KY fans have been in full-blown delusionville this week. I’m so sick of my fb feed being nothing but “cats winnin the east this year” crap. UGA always gets up for big games so give me the dawgs to cover at home.
I like to see the Dawgs go down and end the winning streak, and see UT end UK’s dreams once again.

We’re beating KY either way. I want us to be the ones to spoil UGA’s season the way we spoiled Bama’s last year.
Lol, I can’t blame you for that. That’s the way I would want it also, were I a Vol. It’s great to surprise a rival by sticking the knife in so to speak, but it’s certainly much sweeter if you know they feel you twist it a bit!!!

Also, I honestly think TN’s odds to win are better if GA is undefeated. The Dawgs will likely be a bit tougher if they have dropped a game. Just my opinion, who knows really?

I've seen the same 🤣. While I hate Georgia more, I think they handle ky at home

I have a lot of family from Kentucky, so I'm pulling for Georgia so they will shut up about their cats. Tired of hearing it this year.
Oh, KY always starts the season talking like they are the championship Steelers or Patriots and then end up as the Bad News Bears.

UGA loads the box and KY is unable to run meaning they have no offense. Dawgs (who I hate) cover and the game is never in doubt.
Yep. They stop the run and force Leary to beat them in the air, which I don't think he can do. We'll see.
