It seems like we only play in Baton Rouge when we are struggling ('00, '05 and '10) and yet we are always at least competitive down there. Maybe it's because they let us wear Orange?

id take sanders as a backs coach any day. Looks like miles put Chief in his place about his db coach. Id take him

I'll take Chief and those stinkin mustang packages over Jancek, with ease.

I would wait and see what Jancek can do with some semblance of a def line first...I liked Chavis but we did lose a lot of games on the last series with long TD drives on his watch (Memphis '96, Arkansas '99, Florida '00, Georgia '01, South Carolina '05. LSU '06)...3rd and Chavis has some meaning to it. He has had much the same problem at LSU as well (Alabama '12, Clemson '12 and Georgia '13)...and Chavis did not like to recruit either.

By no means was I knocking Jancek. Chief is just the proven one. I'm still in wait and see mode with Jancek.

Thanks Les. Couldn't remember what happened right before halftime to keep us somewhat in the game.

I just heard a couple of familiar sayings in regards to our 2004 O-line...

"new faces on the Tennessee O-line"

"inexperienced, but more athletic and more physical"

Sounds like this year, but the big difference is that if we have just a few injuries, we are toast because of no depth. If we can stay healthy, we have a shot.

I hate to say it, but that was a horrible call against Florida there at the end. Oh well, that makes up for the "no catch TD" a few years earlier.
