my favorite part was the twitter updates...I don't have time to check much throughout the day...that helped me out a lot

Honestly I wish that there was a way to have a thread for each recruit that you could only post solid info with a link. No comments or opinions just info with a link provided. This way we could get the facts and stay away from the rumors and flaming back and forth between posters.

Lord Vader was the one who posted the big board. I agree. It was helpful.

Tebow may be playing out with the NFL what you expected to see from Cam at UT. Good call... :hi:

I also understand that it wasn't his on the field play, but his off the field grasp of the game that damned him with the old staff.

But, you have to admit that Cam is more of a athletic beast than is Tebow. It'll be fun to see if he makes it to QB in the NFL or if he watches what happens to Tebow this year and shifts before his draft to TE or another position where he may have NFL Pro Bowl potential. The man would dominate in Urban's offensive system.

I wanted to say thanks for the recruiting blogs, Sab! It's great to get a summary of everything that's going on, especially when work gets in the way and takes too much time away from keeping up.

Cam's arm is stronger than Tebow's and he's a better passer. He will be a fist day pick IMO. Would have been fine in a pro-style system. Watch how much passing they do with Cam this year and next. You'll be impressed.

This place was very slow at times. Especially during any kind of big news like new coach hire, new commit, a decommit, etc... Overall pretty good though, when you could get on.

I was going to suggest the same thing. I would love a thread that just had updates and was not full of chit-chat. If someone wanted to discuss a update they could then go to that particular thread.


Thanks, for what y'all do. I have never followed recruiting like I have the last 2 years. This stuff is addictive.

i think we tried this last year but couldn't get enough people to help update it consistently.

Another idea is to possibly have the posts with new information highlighted in some way so that they are set apart from the rest of the thread.

I have no way of knowing if that can be done. I just thought I'd throw it out there.
