There is a WR that plays for Varina HS in Central Virginia Bobby Smith that is a great athlete. He is 6-6 200 lbs. and runs a 4.7 40. He resembles the big targets that CLK likes. He might need to hit the JC for a year but he is worth a shot.

A QB from Tallahassee Godby named AJ Graham is uncommitted. Nice arm...based on video and plays against really good competition. He only has one offer, but might be worth a shot. Look him up and tell me what you think. Friends I have in Tallahasse say he is a real sleeper.

Like I know how to get in touch with him. I put it on here thinking someone on here would know or maybe he would see it. This kid is an athlete and HUGE. 6-6 and 200 and runs a 4.7! I like!

I've read that Smith is not quite as big as you mentioned, more like 6'4 and not as heavy, but quite the athlete. His high school, Varina, has an excellent rep for winning state champoinships this decade in Division 6, AAA, largest in Virginia. His coach is Stu Brown.

David Oku squats 520 weighing 180?? Wow, that is an impressive number. The linemen aren't squatting that much in this class.

Now that the staff is complete, CLK can focus on recruiting until 2-4. With the addition of Gran, Wilson, and especially Thompson, what surprise recruits do you think we will land? It looks like Jan. 30 is a huge day for visits. I really hope we sign some of these guys like Hall and Brown.

MY Predictions for 2009 class.

In addition to all the guys already comitted, I think we will land:

Peter White
Greg King
Zacheus Mason
Pearlie Graves
Sam Montgomery
Mike Edwards
Pat Patterson
Quintin Washington
Terrell Williams

I think we may lose Stokes and have already severed ties with DJ Hunter. Schoefield may sign with Clemson. Hopefully, the staff can re-affirm his comittment. I would love for these guys to sign these guys but this is more wishfull thinking than anything.

Janzen Jackson-LSU
Orson Charles-Georgia
Trent Richardson-Bama (We have the best chance with him because of Thompson hire)

I hope that guys will look at the staff, the facilities, and CLK's attitude towards building a dynasty and we want to sign here.

Not a bad list...more realistic than most I've seen (including mine; I can't help but be a homer)...I hope we can pull in some of these bigger WR prospects...Brown might be going to Athens now...we'll just have to wait and see.

yes...I think he's going to be a great player as a Center. He's a little smaller than 6'4" it looks, but he has great footwork and knows what he's doing on the field.
