Wrong.

What's all this if he adds 20 lbs crap? Bray could play now if able. Sure, the added weight will help and will come, but people act like a guy cant throw a football unless hes 230. Jeezus, look at Nuke, hes what, 160 returning punts and catching balls, lot smaller and taking more shots... Sitting out a year cuz he aint big enough, that's ludicrous for a QB

Dont worry Ainge was the exact size Bray was... Bray could play from game 1 but adding the weight would just help his game with taking shots.

you guys got your panties on backwards huh....i just think the kid needs a year to fill out
will most likely be the stephens show next year

Out of everybody on that list, Bray gets the most benefit. Like somebody else said, if he starts summer workouts at 220, he has a legit shot at starting in '10.

Your point about him being a sophmore has no validity in this thread...you are talking about a weight issue...not maturity. With that being said...

yes Jacory Harris....

do what.... you dont think that the fact he is now "seasoned" helped get him on the field despite that he needs to add weight....that and the fact that 3 qb's have left that team in under a year

bray could very well get PT near the end of next year as well...but as a 6'6 200lb true freshman opening on day 1 starting over a sr who has started before....i dont think it happens..it could though..i am no coach

now if bray can come in during the spring.....hit the weights...he could give stephens all he wants

I never made a point in our discussion as to who the starter was going to be...for any reason....

My point was you are saying that he needs to add weight in order to start...i said see jacory harris...

then you talk about harris being seasoned which has nothing to do with the topic of what we are talking about....which is Bray's weight.

Yes getiing up to 220 is a good thing...but you say he has to do that in order to play...i don't.
