It was fun to see the entire projected starting lineup on campus yesterday. GO VOLS!

So, if we crash the SEC CG, our home game vs Pitt will have no crowd unless it's moved.
And, why schedule a home basketball game for Jan. 2? We could be bowling that day.
TV probably pushed for the Pitt game to be that day, but the UTC game could be anyday. Why Jan. 2? That is beyond stupid.

On a positive note, the UF game is a Saturday morning at 11am. I haven't heard about another day-night men's/women's GameDay doubleheader, but why else would they tipoff at 11am?

Another negative note. I absolutely hate it...I HATE IT...when the SEC makes a team play a Saturday game after a Thursday game. Our home game with UK comes 2 days after a road game. That is unfair. At least this came in a year when we'd probably get killed by UK regardless of the circumstances.

Apperantly the rest of the Tennessee Department doesn't have much confidence in the Vol football team.

It looks that way, but the Outback, Gator, and Capital One Bowls are all on Jan. 2. If we just go 7-5, we'll have at least a shot at the Gator Bowl. It's not like they're only betting against us winning 10 games.

C of C will be an interesting game on Dec. 14, revenge for last year. Don't know what time it will be, probably 7pm ET.

And that's a 9 PM road game followed by a noon home game.

Considering how much of an unknown this team is, I'll say we steal a game or two we're not supposed to in the SEC and hit .500 overall. Shouldn't have much trouble going 9-5 OOC, if I remember correctly.

I like the new coach . If given enough time , he'll have success at Tn. ..... imo
