2011 Class Debuts at #24 on ESPN

Sucks to see 5 of the 6 power SEC schools in the top ten with us being the only one not up there.

Hope we close strong and get up in the top 15.

Interesting that ESPN gave Alan Posey a 4th star and Rivals has not. Also I haven't heard anybody mention anything about Posey getting that 4th star. I figured with all the star gazers out there, I would have seen something about it, maybe I just missed it.

Look, I'm a Vol fan and always will be. But we are not a power SEC school right now.

ESPN has basically guaranteed that Worley, Kerbyson and Randolph will get a 4th star...that would make 6

If we land 4-8 more of the guys we lead for that ESPN currently has as 4's then I'd say it's a lock for the top 15...we could push for #10 if we land all 8 of the guys I'm thinking of

Great chance of landing:

Richardson
Arnett
Wright
Orta (if we want him)
Clear (I know he's not a 4 on ESPN...but he is on Rivals and Scout and since he's only a 45 on ESPN I think it means they just haven't offically rated him yet)

Good chance of landing:
M. Johnson

Darkhorse for landing:
Rasco
Rome

That's 8 plus I think we'll land Paul (a high 3 who I see getting bumped)...

If that all falls into place I don't know how we're not easily in the top 15

There are six power SEC programs

Bama
Florida
LSU
TN
Georgia
and Auburn.

It will take a lot to bring any of those out of that tier.

yeah each program can have downturns for a few years and one of the other six can pop up there for a little bit but overall this is the way it always has been and will likely be.:salute:

our class is looking pretty good, it'll all be about getting one or two future superstars on board, and how many can eventually make an impact
