We have 19. If we back count one that leaves us 7 spots.

We are very much in it or could be very much in it with these players if we choose to be:

4* Antonio Richardson (lock)
4* Cameron Clear (lock)
4* Marcus Jackson (lock)
4* Gabe Wright (top 2)
4* Lamar Dawson (top 2) / 4* CJ Johnson (top 3) *take ur pick*
3* Gionni Paul (we lead)
4* Izaeua Lanier (lock)
3* Byron Moore (we lead)
4* Anthony Chickallo (top 3)
5* Mike Bellamy (top 2) / 4* Mike Blakely / 4* Jeremy Hill (top 2)
4* Nick Brassell (top 3)
4* Jermaine Whithead (top2)
4* Ray Drew (top 4)
4* Jay Rome (top 3)
4* Jeoffrey Pagan (top 3)
4* Romar Morris (top 2)

Long story short, I dont like the idea of telling commits to look elsewhere, but with this many really good recruits that we could easily finish with, my mind has been pretty much changed.

Possible= cristian harris, kyler kerbyson, brendon downs, devrin young, trevarris saulsberry, jordan williams

Not saying the above guys will be told to take a hike, but i would maybe do it if we were to land others from the above list at the same position with better skills.

And no Im not a star gazer, I truly believe these prospects we could be in on are better than some of our current commits.

i know it probably wont happen but youve got to think the coaches are thinkin about it with the urban thing goin down and all the guys they were already in on.

No, those kids wont be asked to look around. Harris was the very first commitment. Coach Thompson went over his film & offered him hisself. Kerbyson, Downs, Young are going nowhere, you dont take commitments from kids in your own backyard then 2 months before NSD tell them to look around. Thats how you burn bridges. Saulsberry is a DT, & were in desperate need for DT's. Jordan Williams is going to be a BEAST at DE for us.

No one is leaving because we tell them too, only thing that will happen is on NSD we lose a recruit or two to another school.

I really dont see anyone on their list that gave us a serious look, the only one even close is Blakely & thats a LONG shot.

I hate the idea of telling kids to look around, but if Rome commits (doubtful) I could see them telling Downs to call Cut back up.

I could also see them telling Jordan Williams to explore his options if Ray Drew (also doubtful) committed.

Kerbyson and Wright, no way. Staff seems to really like Young, too, so even if Bellamy or someone were to commit, I doubt they would tell Young to look around.

Have we been in touch with AC Leonard at all? He already decommitted once. Maybe we could get in with him. Great athlete.

Williams is going nowhere I guarantee you that.

They should keep everyone they have now and show them that the coaches wont throw them under a bus . Be loyal on taking their commit and staying with it !!! jm2cw

i'm sorry that i'm not as up to date on my recruiting as most of yall are, but i was looking on cbssports and they have A.Richardson as their #20 recruit in their top 100. I noticed he's from Nashville. Seeing how he's an OL, how close are we to landing him? like i said, i'm sorry for being behind this year, i've been working alot. I just like landing the big fish out of our own ponds. Thanks, now i'll hang up and listen.

What people do not realize is that downs and crowder both have 4.0 gpa so they probably get a academic scholarship and devron young has a 3.7 he could get one also. But I know crowder and downs did.
