Sean Gilmartin. Polished college guy from FSU. Most scouts think his upside is that of a solid #4 type starter with a pretty low floor. Safe pick which isn't a bad thing drafting so low in the first round.

gilmartin compares to mike minor. fastball sits at 87-91. was the friday starter for fsu for all of his 3 years there.

I can't believe they opted for more pitching, when that's all it seems the team has. I don't know the situation behind them drafting him though, maybe he was clearly the best player on the board.

Cubs picked up Wayne Gretzky's son. Also picked up Shawon Dunston Jr, whose dad Shawon Dunston is a former Cub. No clue how good they are.

Bauer from UCLA. Went to the Diamondbacks third overall. The delivery is similar to Lincecum's but he doesn't have the same kind of velocity.
