A better idea would be to simply vacate the conference championship this year, given the fact that nobody has demonstrated themselves worthy, or appears likely to do so, of being SEC basketball champions. Incidentally, I presume that you are fully aware that, on a TENNESSEE message board, it is highly unlikely that you will receive any support for your suggestion, except, of course, from USMC Gator and Lawrence Wright.
Barring injuries, and we're dinged up a bit now, UF should be the favorite to win the SEC.
That said, it's a bit premature to crown anyone four games into the conference schedule, regardless of how weak the conference appears to be.
Kentucky has a great shot to contend, just because of the talent. They might never click, but if they do the recipe is there.
That being said, it is Florida's league to lose. If they can't close out on a league title this year, then quite frankly they suck.
