By a lot there were 6 guys I personally know & more I don't know. Our bookie said it was a bad week on parlays.

the sports books got destroyed this past weekend

most of the people that i talk to regularly about gambling won HUGE. the house ate it. The Saints completed a 5 legger for me on Monday that won me $208. Most of the other people I talk to won all of theirs as well and then some.

One guy who I follow a lot won all 5 of his individual pro bets, then won them parlayed (he threw down 50 so whatever that is, like $1000+), and he played 3 or 4 other parlays and won most of those as well. He's not the kind of guy to lie about this kind of stuff.

He works for a sports book as well in Vegas (started at one in the Northeast) and he said that the lines were through the door with people collecting their winnings. His words exactly "Everyone knew that we were [screwed] when no one left after the noon games were over. Parlays were still live after those games, and most people lose early."

this week they'll make it all back and then some lol

^ I think they will be ok. Although my two friends who bet also did well this weekend, and that isn't the norm for them.

This weekend was a Sports bettor "Festivus"?

I have Wisconsin -7, Nebraska -7, Texas -10, and the Miami Dolphins -6.

I'm also looking at taking the over on the over under of the Tennessee Missouri game at 59.5 and the over on the same game at the half at 30. How do you guys feel about the over under on that game?

Thanks guys. I was more worried about Missouri scoring points even though our defense isn't good and I know we can put over 30 points on the board, so I found a total just for Tennessee at 31.5 and took the over on that. I wish it was a point lower, but I still think Tennessee will score 32+.

in vegas at Bellagio and took Louisville, Miami (bullsh** of a push), Tulsa, over WVU and UT, Kent, and wake. only lost wake and Louis plus won 40 on video poker with free drinks while watching. awaiting Boise. looking at buffalo +12.5, Eagles p, titans +6 tomorrow.

My first time visiting this thread, but won't be my last. Any thoughts on this weekend? I enjoy 6 point teaser games. Thoughts on UT +10 with MS State -0.5??

I'm not too sure about OSU in this game. Wisconsin has looked really good. No way I'm betting against them right now. To back that up Phil Steele has Wisconsin winning this game by 10 and Phil usually knows his stuff. Just my opinion tho.
