I didn't expect him to do anything special. Brandon Lloyd is not a #1 wr. He was average in SF. Below avg in Wash. Same with Chicago. Had one good year with the Broncos out of 3. Avg in Stl. And nothing special with the Pats.

The last time the Patriots had a good wr opposite Welker was Randy Moss.

He's not a great #1, but without him I don't think they're nearly as effective across the middle of the field. Hernandez, Gronk, and Welker were legit, but Lloyd was the only guy threatening on the outside. He had like 80% of the catches made by "wideouts".

Raiders sign Falcons' DT Vance Walker. Keep Khalif Barnes at RT.

Ro McClain trade now all but a formality. Reggie M. continues to make solid moves given the cap restrictions the team faces.

He'll be cut again before that deal is up.

But I liked Dumervil. He played with a chip on his shoulder in a league where you don't get paid for what you've done, but what you project that you can do. I hate that they had to cut him.

Freeney or Abraham can replace some of the pressure, but we need Wolfe and somebody else to step up as well.

PFT reporting Carson Palmer likely will NOT restructure his deal with the Raiders. He's a $13 million hit against the cap - may be gone.
