Tennessee defensive end commitment Andrew Butcher “had a monster game and thanks to his performance, his team was able to stay in the game early despite a poor start offensively,” Woody Wommack and Adam Krohn of Rivals.com wrote. “He finished the game with 11 total tackles and 2.5 sacks and was nearly impossible to slow down as a pass rusher. He also pulled double duty as a long snapper and recovered a fumble while playing on special teams. With the way his team’s offense looked, Butcher is going to have to have a big year to help his team and he got off to a pretty good start” (Vol commit Andrew Butcher has “monster game”).
