With the 31st pick in the 2015 VolNation NFL Mock Draft, the New Orleans Saints select Cameron Erving, OT/C, Florida State

The Saints grab an immediate upgrade for their starting center with Erving.

Erving struggled at left tackle in the first half of 2014, but part of it could be attributed to Florida State's alignment not allowing Erving to have depth in his stance. Florida State moved him to center for the latter part of the season, and Erving really played well in the middle of the line. Sources say they view him more as a right tackle or guard, but Erving has a lot of flexibility due to his athleticism. He could play possibly any position on the offensive line on game days.




With the 32nd pick in the 2015 VolNation NFL Mock Draft, the New England Patriots select Todd Gurley, RB, Georgia

And Gurley's drop stops. I just can't see Belichick passing on that level of talent, even with the Pats' needs. I toyed with the idea of picking a WR, but with Gurley still on the board.....talent outweighed needs.

didn't the Saints trade for Unger like 2 days ago? like the Saints have this pick as the other part of the trade that they got in exchange for Graham...

(*excrement*), you have a point. However, Unger can't stay healthy. Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

lol fair enough, and like you said, he can go somewhere else on the line and eventually move into the Center spot after Unger's contract ends
