LOL, hell that's a MLB decision...the kids gotta do what they gotta do.

There's a lot wrong with the whole process and it all favors MLB.

Are we ever going to see a Top MLB pick forgo the Super Refionals and/or Omaha like some football guys do with bowl games?

I don't think so, lot of tradition built into the baseball system as opposed to the ever changing football system.

If football ever goes to say a 16 team playoff, lots of dudes may sit out. hell of a lot more injury risk involved as well.
