I agree. Blade Runner 2049 was the best movie I saw last year. It looks like it was nominated in every technical category though and it deserves them all. Deakins should definitely win for Best Cinematography. I saw "The Post" and thought it was boring. I didn't really care for "Get Out" either. I liked "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri", "Dunkirk" and "I, Tonya".
I would like to see:
Best Picture: Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri
Best Actor: Gary Oldman - "Darkest Hour" I didn't see it but he is long overdue.
Best Actress: Margot Robbie - "I, Tonya"
Best Supporting Actor: Woody Harrelson - "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri"
Best Supporting Actress: Allison Janney - "I, Tonya"
Best Director: Christopher Nolan - "Dunkirk"
