Bloomy appears to be the main beneficiary of Biden's implosion, and no doubt helped hasten it though indirectly - by presenting another alternative for the "moderate" Democrats, along with his largesse. But I'm not aware he has said anything in his ads or speeches in the least derogatory towards Joe.

You know Biden's ship was going to sink whether Bloomberg had entered the race or not.
