President Trump on Friday said he will donate $100,000 of his salary to help repair national monuments damaged during anti-police brutality protests.
The funds โ a quarter of the presidents $400,000 annual pay โ will go toward the National Park Service for the restorations, according to Trump.

I agree with that. I donโt agree with Trump throwing all this money at it, especially given how some has been distributed, but this was really a no-win situation. As another poster noted previously, maybe if we were more fiscally conservative at other times it wouldnโt be as big of a deal.He doesnโt have to let that happen. Just like he didnโt have to allow the previous trillions to happen.
Always?I only point out that republican presidents ALWAYS do worse than democratic presidents as gauged by rate of increase in deficit spending.
