2020 Presidential Race

Quicker the citizens (US) realize that the only THEM is POLITICIANS, not the other guy who votes differently, the better.

Both sides love the never ending gravy train of inactivity, achieving nothing, and doing nothing except pointing the finger at the other side while the party toting voting public keep watching and playing along.

At the end of the day these elected pos do nothing, absolutely nothing, to earn their paychecks. And, get re-elected, and, do nothing all over again until next election. Re-run past campaign and utter same useless drivel.

Steve Bannon is being indicted.

SDNY: Steve Bannon has been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering, "each of which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison."

you don't need spin masters - you can watch it live.

she was trying to take him down to win the nomination herself - she did so by using the race card.

I appreciate and respect your view and find myself in agreement with your posts more often than not, but if I'm totally honest I just don't find anything in that interchange that was remotely close to Trump and Cruz's brutal and ongoing knife fight. That was intensely personal and even brought their families into it which is always beyond the pale.

In the Dem debate, Kamala even went out of her way to say that she didn't think Joe was a racist, but that part is always left out when the Trump Train memes and clips get put together. It is certainly being used for spin at this point.

I'll keep an open mind on whether she had more malicious implications, though, and I have no illusion that these aren't politicians with motivations to grasp power. I don't like the two party system, but also don't believe the way Trump has broken our institutions offers anything good for America. I am hoping that we can address some of the problems that led us to him once he is gone, if he is ever gone. He'll let us know after the election.

To be fair, Minnesota was close last time, and I don’t think it’s 100% safe this time.

( IMO) I don’t think people realize how damaging the ongoing riots are politically . People get tied of having their things stolen , burnt and destroyed after a while regardless of the cause . Most people understand you can’t sustain mob mentality.

That poll is a Republican internal poll.

Minnesota data does look fairly close overall, though. It seems to have continued to move right while the other Great Lakes states may have slowed course for the moment.

Still, it is only a matter of time until this is the battleground map.

Yet that’s not why he cancelled it. They weren’t having problems with sites or hotels. It was the virus and safety.

Local law enforcement wasn’t given enough time, assistance or resources to properly provide security for an event of that magnitude. Jacksonville’s own sheriff said as much.

Pre-COVID, Charlotte was awarded the RNC back in 2018, because it takes time to organize and plan an event like that.

Also, when you have your very very brief summer ruined in Minnesota (for whatever reason) it is going to be catastrophic for your mental health. Covid alone was too much. We could have a completely fluid situation there that the best ground game should be able to take advantage of.

There does seem to be some transition in the Midwest...this is why the electoral college is important..I still get a chuckle when I watch White Christmas and they joke about "digging up a Democrat in Vermont" change is constant but slow

Citing a poll you just admitted you don’t consider reliable.
When did I say it wasn't reliable? You laughed at Trump being at 51% I laughed because he is more popular than Obama...it's a very consistent poll and the only daily tracking one to do head to head on same day of presidency.....I'm sorry you don't like the results

Okay you clearly missed the point of my laughing at his 51 percent approval, which is obviously ******** and way out of touch with every other poll. I assumed you were laughing at Obama’s rating because you assumed his disapproval would be higher.

Last week it was 51-49 and as of today Biden has. 10 lead nationwide. I’ll wait for better statewide polling before I start getting nervous.
