Unless that guy has examined Joe Biden, then it pretty much just looks like the politically motivated campaign stunt that it is. I'm not sure where you are getting this notion that Joe Biden has stopped campaigning but it isn't true. He is making a campaign stop in Atlanta on Tuesday per the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
