His non action on ACA.
His empty promises on the wall.
His bloviations about the debt.
His dangerous trade war rhetoric.
His emphasis on "lock her up".

I mean, he hasn't followed through on anything he touted. He doesn't hold a position as much as he holds the media attention (even briefly).
