I suppose the Biden campaign could be wrong, but obviously their internal polling is showing insurmountable leads in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin and they have shifted gears toward creating a landslide.

It's another case of false and misleading reporting. The court apparently decided nothing other than not to rule on the case. The SC didn't agree with anybody - they just said there was too little time to make an informed decision.

"I reluctantly conclude that there is simply not enough time at this late date to decide the question before the election," Alito said, but he left open the possibility that the court could still hear the case on a shortened schedule after the election. The state attorney general's office said county boards will segregate all ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day until 5 p.m. on November 6, Alito noted.
