2020 Presidential Race

Is someone who is biased themselves, able to be an objective arbiter of bias from others?

... and you are alluding to this concept of the "shy Trump voter", for which there isn't any support - Nate Silver of FiveThirtyEight posted a video critique of it on YouTube yesterday.
Good point. I guess Nate has no leg to stand on.

He expects Trump to be ahead tomorrow but they’ll find enough “mail in ballots” to seal the deal for dementia Joe. The mail in bs has been the plan all along.

Mail in ballots have been around for decades. Its how the military votes. Its how Trump voted (until this year). Many, many millions of Republicans have voted that way for a long, long time.

Its only when the mail in ballots statistically seem highly likely to favor Biden this year that suddenly the GOP (well, the Trump version of the GOP) is throwing a hissy fit about them.

You continue to equate mail in voting with absentee voting.

While absentee ballots are sent through the mail they are different than the states that mailed ballots out without request.

Even still, absentee ballots are less secure than in person voting.

You knew all this and you still posted your false equivalency.

Absintee ballots are different than mass mail in ballots. Noone is arguing against absintee its just sending thousands of ballots out to whoever wherever that people have a problem with.

Absentee voting out of necessity isn’t the same as mail in voting for convenience.

Everyone knows how “absentee” ballots work.
Some of us also know how lowdown and shameless Democrats are. They’ll do anything to gain power.

This is disingenuous. No one is complaining about absentee mail-in ballots as used for military or those unable to vote in person.

The primary issue is the mailing of unsolicited ballots. It should be obvious how this process adds multiple potential layers of fraud versus traditional mail in ballots

What do you mean?
I suspect he means that the early voting numbers are huge. Several states won’t even let them start counting the early votes until tomorrow. If it’s close, and I don’t think it will be, then this could drag out. If Biden is up at the end of the night it’s over IMO.

I’m German.. You have a problem with that?

Like your misunderstanding of Asylum. You also don’t know what an opinion is. The tweet from the AG isn’t based on his opinion. He flat out says Trump is going to lose.

That’s where this whole little mail in vote scheme you clowns came up with comes into play. See how many votes Biden needs to win DAYS after the election and just make a withdraw from the vote bank.

All right.

No intelligent life here.

Moving on.

Me, too, and like GV I also hate the plethora of goofy Apple connectors. The one with the exposed connectors is easy like USB-C, but why would you expose the connectors - doesn't make sense if you like to leave the charging cable plugged in to the supply.

One day some jackass at Apple wondered - how do we get people to buy $200 pairs of wireless earbuds?

Eliminate the headphone jack.

The headphone Jack worked great for 40 years. It just worked too - you really had to screw up big time for it to stop working.

Less than 2 years with an iPhone 8 and my “lightning” port is damn near worthless.

So all the conservatives here are on-board for government intervention into arguably the most successful American company?

Sounds a little socialist, if you ask me.
Did I say that? Calling Google a search algorithm company is like calling Amazon an online book store.

They also saw the wide popularity of wireless earbuds made by other manufacturers and decided to get in on the act. And you can still use the wired ones they sent with previous phones, plugged into the USB connector. It's annoying though because you can't charge the phone and listen to earbuds at the same time.

People were going to buy those things even if they didn't eliminate the headphone jack.
