I actually agree with this as far as adults go, I just worry about what effect it might have on children. Maybe it has none. I don't really know, but it's a fine line between adults making decisions and kids making mistakes.

I am a libertarian when it comes to this...but if it is a free for all with no clear rules or strong penalties for breaking them...then this is pure insanity.
