2020 Presidential Race

Things like this will continue to happen until Reps decide to have has many "volunteer poll workers/counters" as Dems pay their people to do.

This is the 3rd straight election that key huge liberal based cities have held back their votes, stopped counting, or slowed it down completely to see what the overall state total is before magically "finding" additional votes that are 90-95% Democratic

You post could have been a three word post.

No, but each election is each state's province. A federal popular vote election system is easier to pull off and faster.
According to what? What federal program could you possibly point to to prove that? USPS? The VA?

I really don't want to get into a sermon about why the electoral college is not only relevant but necessary.

For the upteenth time, the REPUBLICAN legislatures in those three states have bucked the trend of other states and it is the REPUBLICANS who do not allow the elections supervisors to even start counting mail in ballots until election day. The result is entirely predictable.

In those states where mail in ballots were counted as they came in, Biden took a lead. Election day votes came in and Trump either closed the gap or outright took the lead from Biden.

In those few states, i.e. Michigan, Wisconsin, Pa., where election day votes were counted first, Trump had the lead. As mail in ballots are finally allowed to be counted, Biden has closed the gap or is taking the lead.

This is a direct result of REPUBLICAN policies in those states. So don't blame the local cities, don't blame the supervisors, don't blame the Democrats. This phenomenon is ENTIRELY the result of Republican political decisions on how to run elections in their states.

I’d be surprised if Biden took Georgia. How are you feeling about Arizona and Nevada?

Most of the outstanding uncounted votes are from Atlanta and the suburbs around it. It's gonna be really close, but I think Biden squeaks it out there.

AZ probably Biden. Not sure about NV.

I would like to see a break down of the early mail in vote percentage for each candidate compared to in person and absentee vote in each county.
