Why do we use so many different methods? I went into a voting booth here in GA and everything was digital. After I finished my vote, it printed my ballot on a printer right next to the computer. I then took that ballot immediately to a scanner that sent in my vote. No pens or sharpies or weird paper ballots. Was really simple.

We had a paper ballot but they had pens, you filled it out, took it to the scanner, returned the pen and left. Easy.

In Arizona some polling locations gave out sharpies. Sounds like the ballots marked with Sharpies are being invalidated.
