You'd need more than a week these days. My brother-in-law mailed me a check 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. We live 8 miles apart.

I'm not saying that everything would be guaranteed to be received in a week but I think the lion's share would be;certainly enough to make a call by midnight on Tuesday. As far as I'm concerned the exact date is negotiable but there does need to be a date ahead of election day.
