How can you claim that? It's a serious question. To know that, you'd have to know everything there is to know on the subject. Do you?

The best you can say is, "I haven't seen any evidence", or "no evidence that meets my standard has been reported". Those would be far different statements.

Calm down and look at what he answered, and how he answered. He is correct. He doesn't have to have evidence of fraud to be correct. And its not his job to have the evidence. He didn't file the court cases.
