Correct if you’ve paid society it’s penalties for breaking the law . You should also be able to own a firearm just as you are entitled to all of other rights .

Agreed but how do you mandate 50 states to do things one way. This country is established on the idea of states rights, and one of those rights is how to handle their elections.

The problem is, Dems are about making it so easy to vote that you don't even have to be a citizen, which is just as wrong as disenfranchising legal voters. Like I said, a middle ground exists. We shouldn't have cases of people voting multiple times, of non-citizens voting, or the possibility of dead people voting. We need more security without discouraging legal voters from voting.
