Trying to remember the exact rule, but it seems like if a congressional candidate in GA doesn't have greater than 50% of the vote, there's a runoff. Neither GA senatorial race has anybody over 50% currently. Assuming Biden is elected and the senate looks to hinge on unhinged Georgians, it could get really crazy in GA. I'm thinking more and more that 2020 is going to be worse than we thought and result in a dem sweep - house, senate, and president.

Worst case it’s 50-50 with Harris being the over rider. Many centrist Dems won’t allow things like court packing or doing away with the filibuster. Perdue is relatively well liked. GOP money will flow in. And, traditionally, the GOP does better in these then Dems do.

There is a difference here. Warnock is a likable guy and is a minority. The minority vote will be out in full force and they will vote for the guy running against Perdue also.
