I'll give Pfizer credit for waiting until after the election so to speak. If it happened before, people would scream about it favoring Trump. Now that it's after, the screen about it helping Biden.

Yes alcohol does effect your abilities. Your brain can compensate up to a point. Which is why new drinkers get hit so rough. They havent trained their brain to respond. But tests have shown, I think even the mythbusters tested this, that even one beer decreases cognitive abilities.

Probably but not as much as pot or other illicit drugs.

I’m sure this person decided to blatantly fill in ballots in front of a camera and put a stamp on it that identifies it as a ballot she handled instead of there being another explanation.
