2020 Presidential Race

And fall into a "gotcha" trap by Pelosi right before election...you are smarter than this comment.

It was a year and half before the election. Before the impeachment even.

There were provisions that Republicans disagreed with, that’s the nature of two parties, but they didn’t even attempt to negotiate it OR present their own plan.

What’s even more ironic is the things a lot of conservatives are questioning now, like why we don’t have national standards such as paper ballots for federal elections, were scoffed at because “states rights”. Now you have Texas and and Trump asking the courts to toss votes, legally cast in good faith, because they don’t like how those states conducted their election as is their right.

As was stated before. If Republicans were serious about election security they would have done something about it before the election. Don’t like the House Bill? Fine. Let’s see their plan. They didn’t want to because then they wouldn’t be able to have this public temper tantrum after they lost.... or after Trump lost since down ballot Reps did just fine.

Oh...so you want the government to hand out more money to you?? Typical hypocritical trumper.
The opposite, I want the government to handout no money unlike you lazy democrats. But your plastic hero said $1200 per person was "crumbs" but $600 per person is "significant" I wonder why the change in tone?

Haha. Right. Nice pivot.

1. Pelosi admitted to blocking the relief for political reasons.

2. We've already done a $2.2T package and look at the peanuts given to the citizens vs payoffs to friends and donors

They are all crooks and liars (even your team)

Missed the admission but was incredibly obvious, regardless.
I was in a weeks long Twitter argument with several liberals for calling out her fos tactics. So transparent, imo.

The fun in getting accused of bs, right wing talking points. Then, dropping in here long enough to read insinuations that I was the opposite.
Being non hyper partisan, makes for really long days on the interwebz, haha.

I agree they definitely should have brought that to a vote. The problem is not so much Republicans and Democrats. Its the establishment as a whole. I feel like for the majority of the time its all just a big pony show and they don't want to fix anything.

The only absolutes are their pay raises, voting against term limits and donor influence.

$600 per person for a family struggling to put food on the table is quite significant but she certainly wouldn’t understand that. As far as her hypocrisy, pretty much all politicians are hypocrites and liars.
What would be even more significant for a struggling family is to allow them to go back to work as normal and stop trying to pay us off $600 at a time. If someone sent that plastic b a check for $600 she would laugh in their face

No doubt opening things up would be better than tossing bread crumbs out to struggling people. Unfortunately, we’re nowhere near the end of this craziness. In fact, I’m not even sure we’ve reached the peak yet.

I don't know how much longer good people will sit by and let tyrants tell them they can't work

No one is stopping people from going to work. People are not doing things that they use to do anymore. It is because of the hoax that republicans senators were rushing to get vaccinated for. Who would ever get vaccinated over something that was not a big deal.

If you put it into context, it is crumbs compared to the amount that the businesses received. The $600 is significant, but not enough when people have been out of work for months. But I don't expect for you to use critical thinking skills.
$1200 was crumbs because there was an election coming up and your plastic hero didn't want Trump to get credit for those crumbs. $600 is now considered significant by your same plastic hero because there is no way for Trump to get the credit. But I wouldn't expect you to call out hypocrisy coming from a loony radical democrat.

You are clueless. Just about everything is shut down in larger cities. Many restaurant/bar workers and owners are out of work. Same for theater workers and owners. Many industries are hurting. Now I don't expect you all to understand because many of you don't work in the first place.

Lol. Where the **** do you live? We have restaurants fully open, kids playing youth sports, schools open, businesses running full speed ahead, etc etc. It might be different in some places but not here or anywhere I’ve been in the past 6 months. Of course I haven’t been to any dim ran areas.
