It's silly because the main reason Bowman cited for transferring is that he wants to be closer to family. Not sure what map you are looking at, but last I checked Gainesville is a bit closer than Knoxville.

It’s my understanding that you have to be approved by the NCAA first for the SEC to clear you. So if the NCAA does not approve then it wouldn’t be possible and I don’t know what grounds he would have to be able to transfer after a couple of games and get eligibility.....
