South Carolina has been mediocre under Muschamp. Is that not good enough? What do you have to do at South Carolina to keep you seat cool?
They want to win 7-8 games per year. They know they were lucky to have Spurrier - don't think anybody there expects 10+ wins per year.

They had some bad losses last year - North Carolina, at Mizzou, App St. If they won those, that's 7 wins and everybody is much happier.

I don't necessarily think Scott Frost is on the hot seat at present, but ....

I'm sure the Nebraska faithful didn't expect Frost to turn that mess around and the Huskers into championship contenders in just 2 seasons or even 3 or 4, but I'm also sure they didn't expect a 9-15 record at this point in Frosts tenure either. Huskers fans are a truly passionate bunch and since Frost is a native son and a Husker legend he will get a little leeway there, but another losing season this season and he is definitely on the hot seat if not shown the door altogether. I think some serious progress this season is needed at Nebraska (something along the lines of an 8-4 regular season record) or Frost starts seeing his seat get really warm.
