My dad the Yankees fan still complains about that trade. We watched Willie McGee in Nashville and everyone knew he was special. Bob Sykes for Willie McGee was a complete boneheaded trade

The Braves did a very unpopular boneheaded trade w/Brett Butler in the 1980's that pissed Braves fans off for years.
I was so mad at Braves officials that approved that trade to Cleveland it took me 10-15 years to get over....
