I knew as soon as they kept talking about Rocker’s ERA in the post season, he was in trouble!

For some more insight on the UVA lineup, they only have 1 player batting over .300. However, we only have 2 players over that mark (Spence/Rucker). We have way more power than UVA as seen in the homerun numbers and the early season struggles from some our batters kinda skews their batting averages. UVA hasn’t made it this far just by luck, their pitching has made a difference. This is one of the main reasons why we can’t afford to get in a deep hole vs them. On the other hand, they also can’t get behind because I believe our pitching will make it hard for them to come back. Their offense isn’t made to climb back from multiple run deficits, but when they keep it close, they know how to find a way (similar to us). I believe we have that “it” factor tho, and we’ll be ready to go.
