One of my takeaways from watching all this post season stuff is, you really gotta have pitching, I mean, really, really great pitching.

I think I knew that already, but now…

It seems on the surface like a “well duh”, but I mean, it’s now crystal clear to me, Arkansas is a good example, they had A guy and then some pieces, that ain’t gonna get it done.

What do y’all think?

Yep, great pitching depth. Unless you're Vandy and get the finals handed to you so you can use both aces.

Why should it apply to either one of these teams? They will have played the max number of games going into the finals and will have done so against teams at full strength. Vandy got a no contest and a team fielding pitchers out in the field.
