As a freshman (30 years ago sadly) me and a guy I haven't seen in nearly the same amount of time, almost won our college foosball tournament in doubles. Lost to some seniors in the finals. Spinning would get you a butt-whooping, and it was a Christian college, lol.

True that if we had scored 7 runs and 9 runs we would have won. But that's a lot to ask of an offense when they are facing elite pitching. Look at the other games in the CWS are low scoring. The pitching is elite. You have to match it if you want to win it all.

Two very unlikely players won the game last night . That's baseball so many different things can change the game. One strike or ball call by the ump at each at bat usually determines the next pitch . One error or great catch , one hit or pop-up . Baseball has more tricky bounces than a football . Love the game when you have a good team to get behind especially the Big Orange

If bar sports had been sanctioned at UT the Vols would have a lot more nattys thanks to me. Pool, darts, shuffleboard. That shuffleboard bowling game at the Tap Room was pretty fun also.

Hear me out Vols family. I know there is no love there for Vandy. For me it’s been anyone but the Commodores to this point. And especially after what has transpired the last few days, you got the whole entire nation pulling for Mississippi State. Should we maybe feel a little sorry for our little in state brothers and all the backlash they have received? I mean they do represent the state of Tennessee.

I’m intrigued to know how the NCAA arbitrarily changes their own guidelines of not testing vaccinated players but subsequently doesn’t apply the same guidelines to Vanderbilt. What if they had 4-8 players/staff/traveling party, who had been vaccinated, show up positive at the same time; is the game postponed? Does MS St & TX both move on? The winner automatically declared champion?
