He was incredible 2 years ago. Started this season pretty solid if I remember correctly.

Don't be fooled, he's still an elite pitcher. It's just he was seen as the consensus #1 or #2 pick as recently as March and he's had a stretch of games that are concerning about if there is an underlying health issue not known. He'll still go Top 10 and still make it to the majors, it's just a question of is he a #2 guy in your rotation or is he a #4/#5 back of the rotation arm.

He's not the same pitcher. He started the year "guaranteed" to go 1-2 with Leiter in the draft, but he's dropped quite a bit.

As talented as they both are, I think the grind of the season has worn a bit on both him and Leiter. Teams have found ways to get to both of them. That said, I'm a bit surprised that he has dropped quite a bit.
