Harvard took one from Miami as well. The Ivy league didn't play last season correct?

I don't think that Yale played in two full calendar years. They may have begun practices last season, but cancelled shy of the season actually beginning, if my memory serves.

Hate to admit I kind of felt sorry for an opponent, but the way we were destroying Iona was something kind of unbelievable. 68 runs in three games while they scored 3. I just wish it had been Vandy would have enjoyed it tremendously if that were the case.
Iona might literally be the worst team in the country.

We're 7-0 and have recorded ZERO saves. Wow. Bet we'll never see that again.

And we're number one in ERA but middle of the pack in strikeouts. Interesting. I guess that shows we're missing Blade?

Also notice that we're 6th in SO's, but 3d in SOs looking. Why would that be?
Probably points towards our pitchers doing a good job of painting the edges of the zone when they’re getting strikeouts. I can’t recall how many we had, but I’m sure that strikeout number would be much higher if the Tenn Tech game was finished.

Is it unusual not to have a single baseball game on a Thursday?
I assume like last year that the Thursday games will start flowing in eventually if the series starts on Thursday. I know Tennessee plays three of those kinds of series (Thurs-Sat) towards the end of the year. It seems pretty standard early on to have Tuesday and Wednesday games followed by either 3 or 4 games sets on the weekends.

Will be interesting to see how South Carolina does this season.

Have a feeling they will be middle of the pack team and be making a change after the season.

I have a feeling we might be the best in the SEC and if not very close to it. We looked definitively better than LSU at the tournament, our pitching is so much deeper than theirs. Can you imagine when we get Tidwell back

Man we have a brutal road schedule in the sec. Ole miss then vandy back to back weekends. Miss st and UF on the road as well. Looks like Miss St lost a big pitcher for the year but still. Gonna be a fun season
