So what was the consensus for this class wrt position signings. Need bigs? How many and what type of guards and forwards?

For the year of 2023 ….. Way to far and too many unknowns to answer . We have to play this year (2021-22) with our four new freshmen. Then next year we only have Justine (verbal) so far which is two seasons away . However, even if we don’t get anyone else …. That still gives us 12 players for (2022-23)…..

Now for three years from now in 2023 class .
We should have 7 left with no other additions ? This will be Darby and Suarez’s senior year.
This year’s freshmen will be juniors and Justine a Sophomore.

Puckett
Stricklin
Miles
Justine

With this only …. We would need everything!
But I am sure Kellie has a plan for the future and looking at three years in the future? Don’t even want to guess ? 🤷‍♂️

Key priorities are an athletic big that can protect the point and finish inside, a scoring wing with an outside shot, and an elite PG (if they can't land one in '22). Truthfully, I don't think there will be a single position in 2023 where there won't be an opportunity to upgrade the talent. But PG, WF and C are the three big needs IMO.

I agree PG, WF and C are the three big needs. Not sure why we can`t fill the positions in the 2022 class ? Like you said there will be opportunity to upgrade the talent in 2023, But there is no guarantee the athletic big will be available ?.

I think Kellie goes after a big in 23 and another couple of shooters on the wing. Also need another PG if she does not sign one this year.
