The to player watch 6-1 Sahnya Jah she has skills that are off the charts saw the team play in DC at the start of the season. She might be out with an injury not sure #25 in the ESPN ranking

Some of the things i have seen her do in videos look effortless to her. She has a great-looking shot, has great leaping ability, moves effortlessly on the court and her team plays top competition. Samuels would be a great get for us.

I think she might have also either came to the summer scene late OR just started going to events with a bigger team recently.

Think about unleashing her on defense ? Someone compared her with a tamika catchings/angel mcoughtry like projection

I posted about Sahnya Jah i saw the two play twice now already in MD/DC out of the two as i said before Sahnya Jah is more explosive on both ends of the floor and get`s on the glass. Just my opinion from what i saw. Jah is rank# 25 in the country.

I understand being enthusiastic about recruits. We hope that they will be the saviors that take us to the promised land. But have we not learned any lessons from being overly optimistic about recruits ?
Comparing a recruit to a Catchings or a McCoughtry is a recipe for disappointment.

Iso let me be clear this was said in the recruiting circles that that's the type of talent or trajectory she has. Not saying she will become them but when people are saying this, NOT ME, and she is starting to get more attention in the DMV.

The point I was making is that people think that is she is being underrated right now and that is the type of talent she has. AGAIN, not saying she becomes that type of player.

I don't depend on anyone recruit to come in there to take us the promised land. You seemed to have mistaken me for implying that any one recruit was going to do that and Im not that naive. What i will say is that right now she could come in and elevate our level of play.

Hopefully this clears up any confusion you may have had to my post or any confusion any reader had after your response 😃

And this is why i put the above post... because people take things all out of context

Just because people have said she has that type of talent level and could have that trajectory doesn't mean it will happen. Just means she is underrated right now.

But i'm here to clear up any misconceptions about my posts

I included myself in hoping that new recruits will change the team's fortunes. I also understand that you were quoting someone else, in regards to the Catchings comparison.
I would just rather not see remarks like those snowball, into becoming the general opinion here, before the player even touches a basketball in a Tennessee uniform. It has happened here very recently.
That's my personal preference, but I realize that it will probably happen anyway.

I hear you and i wouldn't put pressure like that to say anyone will be this or that. I think the recruits lately will have success and will have the ability to establish the culture moving forward.

I also understand your sentiment about snowballing comments because i was thinking the same thing in making my comments clear and then someone mentions Wynn (who has a lot of talent and yes is an athlete) and where some posters may snowball that into bashing players because we know how posters on here do. Critiquing sure... but we have seen the personal shots. I would much rather see positive comments than those (and no not sunshine pumping comments but not ones that personally attack players either)

I hope these comments don't seem like i'm negatively replying to you just clearing up any confusion.
