Nice! I’ve done chuck roast and tri-tip and I liked them both. Brisket is great if you’re cooking for a bunch of people but for a single family the chuck roast just seems like a better cook.

The tri-tip might have been better than the roast, but I bought it at Costco and did one Sousvide and one brisket style and liked the sousvide better.
Sort of like creating a false dossier and using it to obtain search warrants and spread disinformation. Or is it like colluding with main stream media and social media to suppress damaging information against your candidates. Or maybe it's spreading false claims and colluding with federal law enforcement to propagate false information against your political rivals? What is sad for our country is the media.
