If Nikki Haley were the GOP nominee I suspect she might be significantly ahead of Harris. Anyone strongly agree or disagree ?
Elites in the Democratic party are truly shameless.
They'd already committed an egregious affront to democracy by covering up President Joe Biden's infirmity for months and then hand-picking his successor.
It was even worse that Vice President Kamala Harris, their anointed nominee, had never won a single vote in a presidential primary contest.
And it's an ongoing insult that Harris has yet to submit to a single interview or news conference in the 24 days that she's been her party's new standard-bearer.
But it's the latest news from Harris world that is truly too much to stomach.
Campaign insiders are now suggesting to the media that she wants to 'break' from Biden's failed stewardship of the US economy. You know, the same economy she's helped to run the past four years.
The shaming truth behind Harris's refusal to reveal a single policy
Almost 80 days out from the election (and only a month from the start of early voting in some states), Harris is yet to reveal an iota of what she actually wants to do as president.www.dailymail.co.uk
Same Kamala they had polling being other Dems. Same one they had orders to engage the public with headlines about replacing her a VP.They gave him about 2 weeks of negative coverage post debate because they could no longer hide the obvious mental decline.
But even that, they still tried to lie about at first. I watching one of of 3 letter networks (cbs, nbc, or abc I don’t recall) on debate night and immediately after the woman who was giving her post debate analysis was saying it was “too close to call”
And then as soon as he dropped they switched back to just telling us how wonderful Kamala is
If Trump didn't exist? Sure, Haley would win with flying colors. Likely the same story if Trump went silent in ~2022. We had a Republican Primary this year, though, and Haley got her butt whipped to such an extent that even if she had won (let alone were inserted a la Harris) you'd have a giant disenfranchised contingent that wouldn't vote for her.
I'm sure you see the number of #NeverTrump ninnies on Twitter, and there are plenty of reasonable posters on this forum refusing to vote for him, so given everything we know it's completely sensible to assume there's an even larger group out there all-in on Trump and no one else. The party's fractured, for how long is a better question.
