What’s simple, and painfully transparent, is you attempting to rewrite history with this claim that Romney was only vilified by some small portion of the Left.I do not remember that all.
Please (all of you) try to grasp this critical point.
There will always be some on the left who lynch the right's nominee.
There will always be some on the right who lynch the left's nominee.
That's a given!! It has never and will never change.
The difference is in the numbers. 1%, 5%, or 40%.
Continuums
You guys normalizing and equalizing everything is simpleminded and a non-starter.
Agreed.A Pepperidge Farm ad would have been far more informative. Those three links suck....one behind a pay wall, one with some kind of crap overlaid on the article so you can't even read it, and one that said Obama's coverage was 3% favorable while Romney's was 3% unfavorable.
If you look at those numbers.......it actually proves my point more than yours.
Repubs should have given us a Romney type 3rd party choice. Dems would have been all over it.
Remember when Romney said “Binders full of women”What’s simple, and painfully transparent, is you attempting to rewrite history with this claim that Romney was only vilified by some small portion of the Left.
Please. I wish you guys would keep up and discuss within the context.Agreed.
Ultimately it’s the GOPs fault the Democrat party installed Kamala Harris.
Hot take Luth!! Keep em comin!
Why was this even a discussion? The democrats install their candidates. Choices?? No. The party leaders just choose who they want on the ballot and y’all vote for that person no matter what.Please. I wish you guys would keep up and discuss within the context.
Someone said the dems had a great 3rd party choice - R Kennedy.
I said that choice sucked....a better choice would have been a Romney type put up by repubs.
Do you see the context????
Because I said 2024 presented the perfect time for a good 3rd party candidate. A missed opportunity. Why was this even a discussion? The democrats install their candidates. Choices?? No. The party leaders just choose who they want on the ballot and y’all vote for that person no matter what.
Sorry. I guess that’s what threw me off.
An opportunity for Democrat party voters to vote for a candidate that wasn’t installed??Because I said 2024 presented the perfect time for a good 3rd party candidate. A missed opportunity.
Exhibit 471An opportunity for Democrat party voters to vote for a candidate that wasn’t installed??
Y’all have that. His name is Donald J Trump.
And the idea that Democrat party loyaltist such as yourself would ever vote for him is about as silly as the idea y’all would vote for Romney or Chaney.
Now. Good little sheep. Go vote for Harris. You will always do as you are told by your party overlords.
A FOIA request for any communications between Arlington and the White House the morning of the event would be quite revealing methinks. This was a coordinated effort to paint Trump in a bad lightOh no! Trump took a picture "illegally" at a cemetery. This deserves my undivided attention. Housing prices, groceries, gas, and wages can all wait until after we've had some real discussions about this event!
Please. I wish you guys would keep up and discuss within the context.

At this points it’s not trying, it’s engaging. Your hatred is what keeps it going.
Not sure you telling someone “unwillingness to recognize” is a topic you need to discuss.
Again, as I said earlier in the week. I’m more concerned that it bothers liberals (or safe word independents) more that he was there and Biden/Harris or even Pete as a stand in wasn’t there.
Because I said 2024 presented the perfect time for a good 3rd party candidate. A missed opportunity.
If you think the people in charge of the Army aren’t politically motivated then you are quite naive. I can almost guarantee you that the Biden/Harris administration directly called Arlington when they heard that Trump was coming and “strongly suggested” that they not allow him to embarrass the regime.
The rank and file Army soldiers are probably 80% Trump supporters; but the Generals running the show are all Biden appointments and it shows.
